Written between 2020-2024 and influenced by the music of Georgia Lines, Brooke Fraser, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Brooke Ligertwood, and We Are Messengers; the 9 tracks on the guitar based indie-rock album sees BRODIE/ (real name James Brodie) learning to find hope and joy in all seasons of life. Influenced by real-life events that have occurred in recent years (including the loss of his Dad in 2020 and the subsequent battles with mental health, a return to faith and walking with God, and the changes of life since then) by using words and melody to talk about some of the hardest things we feel as humans when we feel like outsiders, have hearts that are broken, and the paths of life leave us feeling a bit lost.
